IMLEAK, compact and simple to use, allows the operator to test the sealing endurance of different blisters dimensions.

 

The advice to test the sealing endurance is extensively used in pharma industry to check the sealing of blister and bottle containing tablets and capsules.

 

It also finds application in food industry, because it can be efficiently used to check the hermetic endurance of packages and pack.

The sample are placed in the chamber, immerse in a coloring solution (methylene blue) and the cover is then brought in position. The pump begins to produce the vacuum inside the chamber, whom is sketched out by the client through a digital vacuum switch. The tested sample remains in the pressurize chamber for an adjustable period of time, through a digital timer.

 

At the end of the testing cycle, the operator will easily check that the tested blister has a perfect sealing without any leakage.
