Compact Automatic Blistering Machine for thermoforming, sealing and cutting in shape the blisters.

IMPACK 5.0 realizes blisters with a maximum area of 140×80 mm and with a depth of alveolus of 19 mm, starting from coils of various plastic materials and covering materials.

 

The blister realized ends in a slideway or to an optional small conveyor belt; the scrap of the material is cut at the end of the line to simplify the disposal.

The format change is quick and easy.

IMPACK 5.0 is extremely simple and flexible, with easy format changes for different products, from capsules to tablets, from medical device to liquid and other products. 

​

The panel integrated with the machine, includes the recipe book where the operator can save all the settings for each type of blister produced.

​

By requesting, it is possible to equip the machine with a pump for liquid filling, pre-cutting group, inkjet printer in line and conveyor belt at end line.
